Dr. Aayush Rana

I am a psychiatrist with a strong interest in understanding the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape mental health. My approach to patient care is grounded in empathy, scientific evidence, and the belief that every individual deserves to be heard without judgment. Alongside clinical practice, I enjoy teaching, research, and mental health advocacy. I have been involved in academic work, publications, and community awareness initiatives aimed at making mental healthcare more accessible and easier to understand. These experiences have reinforced my belief that good psychiatric care extends beyond prescribing medications—it involves education, collaboration, and helping people develop the tools they need to lead meaningful lives. Outside of work, I am interested in neuroscience, human behavior, philosophy, and personal growth. I value lifelong learning and continuously strive to integrate new knowledge into my clinical practice.
