This is going to be a long review, and for good reason. When we were looking for a gynecologist during our pregnancy, we spent countless hours reading reviews, researching doctors across Delhi-NCR, and trying to find someone we could trust with one of the most important journeys of our lives. Public reviews played a major role in helping us choose Dr. Aayushi Rathore, and today I feel it is my responsibility to share our experience for other prospective parents. Choosing Dr. Aayushi Rathore was one of the best decisions we have ever made. This was our first pregnancy, and we were completely overwhelmed. We faced multiple complications throughout the pregnancy, including recurrent UTIs nearly five times, along with several other medical concerns and constant anxieties that first-time parents often experience. There were countless moments when we simply did not know what to do. Through every challenge, Dr. Aayushi Rathore was there for us with exceptional dedication, kindness, and professionalism. She was always accessible, approachable, and reassuring. No concern was ever too small. She listened patiently, answered every question, and ensured that we understood every aspect of our treatment and care. What truly stood out was the personal attention she gave us. She remembered details about our case that even we would sometimes forget. She followed up regularly, monitored our progress closely, and ensured that nothing was overlooked. At every stage, her treatment was timely, appropriate, and effective. Beyond her medical expertise, her compassion is extraordinary. She treated us not merely as patients but as people. During moments of uncertainty and fear, her calm guidance gave us confidence and peace of mind. Perhaps the most remarkable part of our journey was the delivery itself. Like many people, we had begun to believe that a Caesarean section would eventually be inevitable. In fact, we had started wondering whether we should directly opt for one. However, after carefully assessing both mother and baby, Dr. Aayushi Rathore advised that a normal delivery was the better option in our circumstances and encouraged us to give it an honest attempt. Looking back today, we are incredibly grateful that we trusted her judgment. The preparation, counselling, monitoring, motivation, teamwork, and coordination throughout labour and delivery were exceptional. She guided us every step of the way, motivated the mother throughout the process, and worked with an excellent team to ensure everything went smoothly. Thanks to her efforts, we were blessed with a safe and successful normal delivery—something we never thought possible. Today, as we hold our healthy newborn child in our arms, words fall short of expressing our gratitude. Dr. Aayushi Rathore guided us through one of the most challenging and transformative phases of our lives with unmatched competence, patience, compassion, and dedication. Our entire family wholeheartedly vouches for her. In all our interactions with her, we never had even the smallest complaint. She embodies everything one could hope for in an ideal doctor—clinical excellence, professionalism, empathy, accessibility, integrity, and genuine care for her patients.
