I am a Psychiatrist with an MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru. After completing my training, I worked as a Clinical Psychiatrist at NIMHANS and was also involved in the LASI-DAD research project funded by the National Institutes of Health (USA), focusing on cognitive health and aging. I have gained diverse clinical experience across multiple mental health settings. I worked at Abhaya Neuro Psychiatry and Critical Care Hospital, where I managed a wide range of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions. I have also served at Shree Krishna Sevashrama Hospital, contributing to clinical services and patient care. In addition, I have worked with Allo Health, where I focused on sexual health and related psychological concerns, helping individuals and couples address sensitive issues through evidence-based treatment in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. My clinical interests include sleep disorders, sexual disorders, neuro-modulation, and holistic psychiatric care. I aim to combine evidence-based treatments with compassionate care, helping patients improve their mental well-being, emotional balance, and overall quality of life.
