Hello, I am Dr. Ankita Malik, a dedicated Physiotherapist with Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from K J Somaiya Medical College, Mumbai, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDR) in Rehabilitation from the esteemed All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AIIPMR), also in Mumbai. My passion lies in unraveling the complexities of the human body and understanding its intricate workings. During my final year of graduation, I stumbled upon a fascinating and previously unheard-of therapy known as Craniosacral Therapy (CST). What captivated me most about CST was its remarkable ability to alleviate ailments with apparent ease. In cases where traditional physiotherapy methods had limitations, CST demonstrated a broader spectrum of effectiveness, addressing challenges that I, as a conventional physical therapist, had encountered.
