I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Ankita Jain and Dr. Yashaswini for being such an important part of my recovery journey. After my elbow fracture and surgery, I was worried about how much movement and strength I would be able to regain. The recovery was not easy, and there were days when the stiffness, pain and limited movement made me feel frustrated. I had been to fix n flex physio clinic for my lower back pain issues (had sciatica pain radiating through left leg). Dr. Ankita is very knowledgeable and took time to find the root cause of my back pain. Within few sessions I saw a significant pain reduction and mobility in my leg. They created personalized exercise plan for my issues. Following their post treatment instructions and consistency in exercise helps a lot. I am now able to do normal activities pain free. My mother was having severe hip and leg pain, unable to sit. Dr Ankita helped us with an immediate appointment and Dr Yashaswini started with the required treatment.
