She has previously worked with institutes of national eminence like All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS,New Delhi), Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, (PGIMER), Chandigarh and Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER),Puducherry. She completed her Graduation from KMC, Manipal and Post- Graduation in General Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi Government Memorial Medical College Indore( MGMMC), Indore(Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya). She has also done her Post Doctorate training of 2 years in Rheumatology & Clinical Immunology, at AIIMS, New Delhi. She further obtained Doctorate in Medicine (DM) in Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology from , Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) ,Puducherry. She has completed EULAR Course on Rheumatic Diseases from Kilchberg, Switzerland in addition to having obtained SCE in Rheumatology from the famed Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom and is certified by British Society of Rheumatology.
