I am Dr. Apoorv Saini, a Consultant Psychiatrist and Neuromodulation Specialist, dedicated to providing modern, evidence-based, and compassionate mental health care. After completing my MBBS from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, and MD in Psychiatry from IHBAS, Delhi, I received advanced training in Neuromodulation Therapies (rTMS & tDCS) from AIIMS, New Delhi. My clinical experience includes work as a Senior Resident at IHBAS and Consultant at RxMen, Delhi. At the Dr. Apoorv Mind & Neuro Wellness Centre, Saharanpur, I aim to combine neuroscience with empathy — offering safe, pain-free, and drug-free treatments like rTMS, tDCS, and EEG-based therapies along with counseling and psychotherapy.
