I had problems like regurgitation .where every 20 to 30mts after meal my intake i use to vomit.when discuss with Dt Asra she gave a very good remedies as well balanced diet plan.she focuses on our lifestyle as well .have reduced my tummy fat too.feel energetic and am able to do whole day task .

Dietician ASRA is very professional and friendly, she gave me a Balanced diet plan , felt energetic through out the day.
