I recently moved to OMR after returning to India from the US after almost 10 years, and I’m really glad I found Ayra Healthcare close to my home. One of the things I like about Ayra is that they have pretty much everything in one place, doctor consultations, lab tests, scans, pharmacy and other healthcare services. It saves a lot of time compared to having to travel to a big hospital for every small thing, especially for people living around Padur and OMR. After coming back from the US, one of the first things I wanted to do was get some routine lab tests done, since healthcare and lab tests can get quite expensive there. I got my tests done at Ayra itself, and the whole process was easy and convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout. I’ve also taken my mother there for her healthcare needs, and having everything nearby made things much easier for us. The clinic is clean, well maintained and organised, and the overall experience feels more personal compared to a busy hospital. Another thing I really appreciated was the follow-up call after the consultation to check how we were doing. This was something I was used to with my healthcare providers back in Atlanta, and I always appreciated that extra follow-up. So it was really nice to see Ayra doing the same thing here. It’s a small gesture, but it makes the experience feel a lot more patient-focused and shows that the care doesn’t just end after you leave the clinic. For someone like me who is relatively new to the OMR area, it’s definitely reassuring to have a good multispeciality clinic like Ayra nearby. I would recommend it to anyone around Padur/OMR looking for a convenient place for consultations, lab tests and other healthcare needs.
