Hello.. I recently took guidance from Deepika Ma'am for my father... With her help my father could reverse his increasing uric acid problem ... Her way of distributing meals is unique and one doesn't feel hungry... breakfast for my father used to be all king size but she guided him with portion control as well...

The two things that have helped in resolving some of the chronic problems i faced naturally were Period cycle and gut health
