My L3-L4 and L4-L5 had Disk herniation which was putting extreme pressure on my spine. Due to this condition I had all sorts of problems like being unable to walk straight, and while walking too the current like pain passed through my legs, hips, etc. I wouldn't lie down anytime during the day for the fear of extreme pain, that I would not be able to stand immediately. Getting up in the morning and being able to stand and walk with reduced pain took almost 40-45 minutes.
