Life's journey: Dr. Amit Patil did his schooling at 'Adarsh Balak Mandir' in his native village Uran Islampur and completed his college from 'Vidya Mandir Junior College'. Dr. Amit Patil received his bachelor's degree in dentistry from 'Tatyasaheb Kore Dental College' in 2009. Continuing his practice for some time, he completed a Fellowship in 'Aesthetics and Cosmetic Dentistry' from the Encode Academy, Mumbai. Then in 2012 he started his own hospital named 'Patil Dental Care' in Uran area of Islampur city, which was inaugurated by Rural Development Minister MLA Jayant Patil Saheb. Soon after, Dr. Amit Patil also achieved the iso international standards certification for his 'Patil Dental Care'. Invaluable contributions to the field of dentistry: He started a state-of-the-art hospital with all facilities with the aim of providing international standard treatment to the people of Uran Islampur and the rural areas of the area. Awareness through newspapers: Every year on the occasion of 'Doctors Day', Dr. Amit Patil publishes articles about dental health and works to raise awareness in the society. Work through 'Indian Dental Association': In 2015, Dr Amit Patil became the president of the Islampur Dental Association (IDA). Through the association, he organized free dental check-up camps and benefited the needy in the area. Also, scientific sessions were organized for dentists on various topics to improve the quality of treatment in the dental field. About his YouTube Channel: Through his YouTube channel named 'Dr Amit Patil', he makes aware people all over the world about dental treatment and helps to clears their oral health doubts. Sociology: Every year on the occasion of Independence Day, 'Patil Dental Care' distributes free toothpaste and toothbrushes to the students of Zilla Parishad schools. For the past 6 years, he has made it a priority to help those in need by cutting personal expenses on his birthday, he spends for school books, three-wheelers for persons with disabilities and destitute persons with any other personal problems. It was only this year that the Dainik Pudhari took note of his construction for the house of a destitute elderly women who had collapsed house due to rain. Work with the NGO: He devotes some of his time to community service through non-profit organization, 'Aapali Manas Foundation'. He had worked on behalf of the organization in the distribution of food grain services during the Corona epidemic in 2021. Doctors, nurses and sanitation workers of Islampur subdistrict Hospital, who worked without caring for their lives during the Corona epidemic, were honored as 'Corona Sainiks' by Dr Amit Patil and Foundation.
