I underwent RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery) under her care, and my experience was excellent. From the very first consultation, Dr. Raisa Gupta explained my condition clearly and guided me with the best treatment options considering my age and overall health. My case was quite challenging, as I had large stones in both kidneys: Left Kidney: 20 mm stone Right Kidney: 11 mm and 5 mm stones Despite the complexity of my case, the treatment was completed successfully in just 2 sittings for both kidneys, whereas many hospitals may require 3–4 sittings for stones of this size. I was also very impressed with Pushpam Super Speciality Hospital. The staff was supportive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. Everything was managed smoothly, and even after the surgery, they promptly answered my questions through phone calls and messages.
