Dr. Thakur has vast experience and is very quick in his diagnosis. He has been treating patients even in the peak of the Covid 19 Pandemic. He is professional and emphatic at the same time and also a gifted doctor.
One thing that would help would be having a token or appointment system where the token number would be per person and not per family.
