If told to define Ashish sir in one line then he is a "sajeevani booti to all pains".When I started taking session from Ashish sir in January 2025,I was told by all orthopaedic doctors that I am suffering with early age arthritis which cannot be fully treated but its effect can be diluted by regular physiotherapy to some extent,but I will never be able to dance or sit cross legged.I left my teaching job and lost all my hope,but thanks to Ashish sir who not only boosted my confidence that nothing is impossible,but made me fit to walk normally,dance and sit cross legged.

Excellent treatment. I had frozen shoulder so I came here and got relief in just 3 months. Best machines and best treatment.

I restarted my running joinery post second delivery but back pain, shin pain and planter fasciitis pain made me stop.
