Im so grateful to Dr. Ashok. I have been in pain for last 1.5 years due to C5-C6 and C6-C7 disc bulge for which I took the sessions from him. Right from 1st session I felt relief to an extent and after 10 sessions I am feeling a lot better.

I am deeply grateful to Dr Ashok p kota and his team at activerehab chiropractic and physiotherapy centre for transforming of my life.
Before comming here, I was in un bearable pain due to left cervical radiculopathy which cause intense pain and tingling sensation from my neck down to my left shoulder and arm .it was so severe that I couldn't sleep or work which was devastating as iam four wheeler driving licence instructor.
I had visited numerous doctors, including orthopedics and spinal surgeons,and almost all of them suggested surgery as only the option. I was disheartened and desperate for relief, that's when I decided to visit Dr Ashok,and it turned out to be the best decision of my life.
