Dr. Atul Bhaskar

Dr. Atul Bhaskar completed his MBBS and MS (Orthopaedics) from Bombay University, followed by advanced training in the UK, Canada, France, Germany, and the USA. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (UK) and has trained at prestigious institutes such as the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital, Dallas. He currently consults at leading hospitals across Mumbai, including Apollo Children’s, SRCC NH Children’s Hospital, Surya Hospital, Dr L H Hiranandani Hospital, and Holy Spirit Hospital. He also serves as a visiting Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at renowned hospitals in Oman, Maldives, and Mauritius, where he has helped establish paediatric orthopaedic services. Dr. Bhaskar has authored numerous publications, delivered keynote lectures at national and international conferences, and written a textbook on Paediatric Fracture Management. He has a special interest in cerebral palsy care, gait analysis, and deformity correction and has introduced one of the first Motion Analysis Labs for children in Mumbai. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Dr. Bhaskar is committed to improving the quality of life of children with orthopaedic conditions and supporting families in their journey of care.
