खुद के इलाज के लिए तो नहीं मगर बहुत बार मैं हॉस्पिटल में आया, मैं आपके कार्य को सम्मान करता हूं,
लेकिन मेरे दिमाग में एक प्रश्न आता रहता है मैंने बहुत बार देखा है कि हॉस्पिटल समय क्लोज हो जाता है तब इस अस्पताल में साइड के रूम में 100/रुपए देकर मरीज डॉक्टर से मिलने आते है ! हो सकता है यह प्रश्न सही है या नहीं, लेकिन पूछना चाहूंगा कि क्या सरकारी आवाज में रहकर अपनी ड्यूटी का निर्वहन करने के बाद क्या कोई सरकारी कर्मचारी उसी सरकारी आवास में एक्स्ट्रा टाइम में अपनी पर्सनल क्लीनिक चला सकता है????
मेरा किसी से भी कोई पर्सनल इर्ष्या नहीं मगर सही और गलत क्या है, जानना चाहता हूं बताने का कष्ट जरूर करें
