Good morning. As many have mentioned, the doctor welcomes patients with a warm smile, despite his long and tiring day. He listens attentively to the symptoms, carefully reviews prior treatments, goes through reports page by page, and prescribes medicines with clear follow-up instructions to monitor progress. What truly impressed me was that while booking my first appointment, the doctor himself attended the call, which I initially expected the receptionist to handle. He patiently clarifies any doubts regarding the prescription over the phone as well. I have also learned that he remains available for patients until as late as 11 p.m., often having dinner only after returning home. I am truly grateful to have been introduced to such a dedicated and easily reachable physician. The doctor is understanding during emotional moments and has a nice sense of humor as well. I sincerely appreciate his commitment and good deeds, and I wish him good health so that his uninterrupted services continue to benefit patients for many years to come.

Very kind and caring. I have a good come back within 3 months. Followed the DR's advise on diet and exercise, now I'm happy that my HBA1C level has came down to 5.4 from 9.6 initially. I strongly recommend Dr Balaji Natarajan for not suggesting Insulin injection and confident of curing on medication itself unlike other diabetic centres nowadays.
