Excellent treatment was provided by Daniel . He was empathetic and listened attentively to my concerns. He explained my condition in a precise manner. After a couple of weeks of manipulation techniques , IFT treatment and exercises, issues in my right arm and leg got sorted out and I was able to carry heavy baggage and also go on long treks on a hilly terrain . I had severe pain in my neck and glute. Actullay after watching Dr. Ram’s Insta videos I wanted to visit him to manage my knees which had started giving trouble. What a blessing in disguise it turned out to be, dr. Ram explained in detail how strengthening the muscles and building resilience is important as we grow older. Also the staff - (Bharadwaj, yogeshwaran and Daniel- who gave us exercises )who are also physio therapy trained staff, did such a wonderful job. I approached CARC, Mandaveli branch for my spine n lumbar issue. Firstly, I was given with few exercises and therapies by Dr.Nandha. I was not flexible enough during few days and later after 3 days, i visually noticed drastic improvements in my back and was soo flexible. I found it comfortable sitting and working for hours together without any discomfort. Thanks to Dr.Nandha, who is so talented, sweet and answers all my silly doubts with a smile.
