During a emergency, Dr. Chintan came in really on time, the moment when each second count! He handled everything with steady calm. He balanced precise care with real empathy, soothing my child, explaining each step to us, and somehow calming us, too. His surgical work was excellent, but it was his presence in that frightening moment that stood out. Five stars doesn't quite cover it. Deeply grateful and can't thank enough!
