I had wrist pain for a few weeks and decided to try physiotherapy. It really helped! The therapist Madam Swathi explained everything clearly😊. The exercises were easy to follow and made my wrist feel stronger each day. After a few sessions, the pain was almost gone. I'm very happy with the results and would recommend physiotherapy to anyone with wrist pain.
