Dr. Devina Chitranshi is a rare combination of kindness, empathy, great skills, compassion professionalism, intelligence and sincerity. She gives a lot of time to all her patients. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Always bright and smiling. I had gone through my surgery performed by her and had a smooth experience. She was always prompt in answering back and used to check on me during the entire treatment process. I will always be grateful and thankful to her. I highly recommend her to everyone.

I am writing this review 12 weeks after my surgery I consulted Dr. Devina Chitranshi for my snoring issues. She dedicated a lot of time in listening to my problems and explained to me that snoring was just the tip of iceberg the real problem lies much deeper. What I was suffering was actually a condition of chronic low oxygen level in my body. This has badly affected my quality of sleep and even my day to day life. She advised corrective nose and sinus surgery to me. Her expertise in understanding my situation and clear communication about the course of events made me trust her enough that I travelled all the way from Gurgaon to Mumbai to get operated upon by her. She took time to answer all my questions however silly it may seem and even encouraged me to ask more. The post op period was incredibly easy as I had literally no pain and no problems. She has maintained a regular telephonic connect with me for follow up medicines and life style changes - a quality which is rare to find in modern age busy doctors. Very good measurements and perfect diagnostic of my dry coughing. At my age of 58, she perfectly guessed for me feeling itchy in ears leading to some issues. Dr. Devina is tooo good , very helpful and explains all the procedures in detail. I had met Dr Devina Chitranshi a year back when we were caught in very critical situation as my mother who is tracheostomy patient had severe blockage of trachea, grave situation where person cannot breathe normally and needs immediate action. It was election day and hardly any ENT was available. Dr Devina inspected the situation. She thoroughly explained the procedure they would be following to get the blockage removed.Since it was tensed scenario doctor not only explained the consequences of the operation but even the urgency of it as it was absolutely essential to have normal breathing of patient. Dr. Devina along with her team removed the blockage and saved us from complicated and stressful situation. She is highly skilled in her job and knows the intricacies of the issues related to ENT. It is very rare in today's world to find doctors who talk in such a comforting and friendly manner that patient's relative feels highly relieved from stress. She answers all your queries very patiently. Now a days doctors hardly interact with patients or relatives not giving them sufficient time and are always in hurry but Dr Devina is an exception to this.
