I was facing some issues that I really needed to discuss and sort out for myself. Sometimes however supportive family and friends maybe, they may not be able to offer objectivity in their responses while they may empathise with your problem or situation. Hence I felt the need to seek out someone with whom I could resolve my challenges and also someone who was professionally qualified to do so. I attempted to achieve this with a few people before I met Dr Anita but it did not help much. I met Dr Anita through a friend and was at ease with her in the first meeting itself since she came across and warm and understanding. She applies a very practical and sound counselling approach which is not grounded in theory alone but on approaches to resolve a challenge in a practical manner. I have gained immensely from my interactions with her and would recommend to anyone who is seeking to talk to a professional yet warm person who listens carefully and provides you a perspective that helps you move forward through you challenges.
