I have joined here for grade 2 piles, anal fissure and rectal bleeding issue. Dr.Ramu sir treated this issue. He suggested me for laser surgery. I have used my mediassist insurance for this. Shockingly all the amount i.e., 63k has been claimed. I have not even paid single rupee from my pocket. All thanks to insurance manager SIREESHA garu. She clearly explained me everything and initiated claim. On the admission day, I have paid 5000 as advance. Once the claim got approved she has returned the amount immediately back to my account. I was so happy with insurance team in harshitha hospital. And also all the staff, duty doctor, nurses were humble and treating very gently and patiently. Rooms were also clean and well maintained. I got discharged in 2 days.

My wife lost the amniotic (immunity) fluid in the 8th month, which made the situation very sensitive and high-risk. Despite this, Dr. Anusha madam handled the case with extraordinary calmness, confidence, and expertise. What truly touched us was her unmatched dedication and commitment. Dr. Anusha madam stayed awake the entire night and continuously monitored my wife’s condition. She cared for the mother for more than 24 hours without proper sleep, ensuring safety at every stage. Her selfless effort and round-the-clock presence gave us immense confidence and emotional strength during a very stressful time. In today’s medical practice, many doctors prefer opting for a C-section in such situations. However, with her remarkable patience, continuous observation, and strong belief in normal delivery, she successfully performed a normal delivery, even without sufficient amniotic fluid, without compromising the health of either the mother or the baby. She clearly explained every step, addressed our concerns with empathy, and maintained a positive and reassuring attitude throughout. Her professionalism combined with a genuine human touch truly sets her apart. We are extremely thankful to Dr. Anusha madam for proving that with true dedication, patience, and skill, normal delivery is possible even in complex cases.
