She is the Wonderful Nutritionist I have enrolled to,she really understands the wants and cravings perfectly and prepares a balanced meal plan for the same.She is very focused,having vast Knowledge about her work ,her diets are miracle and also she is in line with medical condition of her clients and accordingly works on your individual healthy diet plans. Trust me guys, I had gone to so many other dietician but round and round I came back to Jankhana Di she has done wonders for me I highly recommend her for everyone looking for weight loss, she has made me lost 16 KGS when I first met her and again after years when I came back to her she did wonders by reducing magical numbers which I would never believe.She is more of Therapist and counselor to me and has really helped me to overcome my PCOS emotionally physically and mentally.She is very caring and respects the condition of her clients feels like family with her that makes her unique. I am very happy to met Mrs Jankha. She is a super woman. I was 82kg when I first met her and she gave me a diet as per my taste and choice to reduce it by 17kg in 4months.. Also she advises so nicely about skin, hair and other health issues so these gets solved naturally. After 4 years I am again following her diet plan and advise to be more healthy and also to maintain diet. Best part is her diet gives you chance to eat whatever you like and even outside foods. Jankhna dee apart from being my Nutritionist has always supported & guided me in all my diet plans, workout's and ups downs in my health life, just like an Elder Sister. Jankhana is excellent at her job. I have lost few kgs which I was not able to loose from almost 2 years but she is so good that I lost weight by eating right food which is tasty as well. I am very fussy with vegetables she kept so much patience and made sure she would make me eat vegetables with her innovative ideas. Highly recommended.
