"I recently underwent treatment for piles and hemorrhoids .The treatment itself was good, but the pain after the procedure was quite intense. We didn't expect it to be that painful. If the hospital could consider admitting patients for 24 hours, it would be beneficial for insurance claim. Additionally, accepting insurance under Ayushman Bharat (AUSH) would make healthcare more accessible to many patients. Unfortunately, I wasn't eligible for insurance coverage despite having it. Overall, the experience was okay, but some improvements would enhance patient care.

I am incredibly thankful to the doctors at Malakar Ayush Care for successfully treating my fistula through the Ksharsutra procedure. I had been suffering from this problem for over 10 years, trying different treatments without much success. However, the expert care and Ayurvedic approach at Malakar Ayush Care finally provided me with the relief I was desperately looking for. The Ksharsutra therapy was performed with great precision, and the post-procedure care was excellent. However, I could only get 80% of my bill reimbursed by my insurance because there was no detailed bill for the medicines used in the procedure. It would be helpful if the clinic could provide a more detailed breakdown of the medical expenses for insurance purposes. Despite this, I highly recommend Malakar Ayush Care to anyone suffering from fistula or similar conditionsI write this review after 6 months of my procedure. I am writing this review six months after my procedure, and I am happy to say that I have had no recurrence of the problem.
