I had a very good experience at Mandots Diagnostic Centre. I reached the centre slightly before my scheduled time, but I was taken in immediately without any delay. The staff was courteous, well-coordinated, and very professional throughout the process. I was informed that the team had already been briefed in advance, and it clearly reflected in the smooth and priority-based handling. A senior staff member/doctor also personally checked in, which added to the confidence and overall positive experience. The entire process was quick, organised, and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the efficiency, transparency, and patient-centric approach of the team. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.
