Dr Mithila is one of the finest counselor out there. She listens to you, understands and gives realistic pathway to deal with things.

Nikhil Kamath once said on his podcast that ‘therapy sucks for most people, coz they just haven't found a therapist who really knows what they’re saying’. I think its so true as my take on therapy changed completely after meeting Dr Desai and I have become a big advocate for therapy. Over the past few weeks, I have learned about self esteem, distorted thought patterns and hope. My sessions with her have been empowering and her actionable advise has helped me face my fear of social media. I have achieve a greater balance in my work and personal interests. Dr Desai helped me realize that just trying to work harder wont get me anywhere. I still dont know a lot of things but I am learning about my limitations and a fresh perspective like hers has been so crucial for that. I can say with conviction that Dr Desai’s amazing thinking and insights can be of great help to every single one reading this!

I had started my journey with her in the year 2021 when my entire family was diagnosed with Covid including me..It felt that everything is just going to end . I was unable to take care of myself or my kids. Its then when I realized that I need a professional help.. My journey with Dr Desai started to address my anxiety and fear around covid but over time she helped with overcome many other dark places in my mind. Her patience and easy to follow techniques got me through those difficult times and helped me overcome some primal fears and inhibitons. She was always available when I needed her during my therapy period. I am a changed person now and able to enjoy my life in ways I would never have allowed myself to. I'm grateful to have met her and thank her with all my heart for helping me achieve this transformation. I strongly recommend her guidance to those in need!
