From the last 3 to 4 months approximately, I was having trouble sleeping at night. I used to woke up in the middle of the night with dry mouth. I couldn't sleep for 2 to 3 hours. Then in the morning time, I could sleep and when I woke up, I feel tired. This whole thing disturbs my exercise schedule in the morning. I also had very big problem of Loud Snoring. I couldn't sleep with my family in one bedroom. I had to sleep at night in another room or living room. When I come to office, I don't feel energetic. After lunch time, I feel very sleepy. My in laws are staying in Jamnagar, Gujarat and they are neighbor of Dr. Niraj's relative. They suggested me to go and consult Dr. Niraj Bhatt. At first visit, I was having faith in Dr. Niraj. He checked my nose and throat thoroughly, he suggested Sleep apnea study. One thing I liked very much about Dr. Niraj is the around 50 pages of sleep apnea report he explained to me in one simple drawing and I understood it very well. He suggested 80% is my effort 20% is your effort. I over weighted around 20 kg. So I had to loose weight to get the best results of my surgery. I had deviated nasal septum and obstructive sleep apnea. I had to undergo surgery of septoplasty with UPPP. On Saturday 30.03.2019 the surgery started with 1st round of anesthesia and 2nd round of anesthesia respectively. It took Dr. Niraj with laser treatment around 3.00 hours to complete the surgery. The operation was successful. He showed me the obstructed bones, tonsils removed from my body. I was surprised. Dr. Niraj has very experienced hands and he likes his job very well. I wasn't feeling any pain in the Nose at all. The doctor suggested there will be a pain for throat for around 3 to 4 days. The healing cycle is like 7 days, 20 days & 30 days.
