I’ve been seeking guidance from Dr Nisha since 2020. Initially I wanted to lose some weight which I had accumulated during my pregnancy. Her diet plan along with my workout routine helped me lose the extra kilos without feeling low on energy. Recently with her help I switched to diet plan to reduce my belly fat without losing any weight. The diet has worked wonders for me. I’ve been able to lose a couple of inches from my lower belly❤️.
I like her diet plans because they are not very fancy and easy to implement. 😀

The doctor is thorough with listening to the patient problems and understanding what's required before prescribing any diet as 1 diet plan doesn't fit all.
