Dr. Nitin Sharma made us feel reassured from our very first consultation. He took the time to understand our concerns, explained everything clearly, and focused only on what was actually needed. At no point did we feel pressured into expensive treatments or overcharged—something we were genuinely worried about. We visited him after a really bad experience with another dentist who had messed up my mother’s teeth. Naturally, we were extremely hesitant and just wanted someone who would guide us honestly rather than push unnecessary procedures. What stood out the most was how comfortable he made us feel. We walked in with fear and doubt, but he was incredibly patient, empathetic, and reassuring throughout. He truly listens to his patients and builds trust, which is rare. He is a highly skilled and qualified dentist who uses advanced technology, delivering top-notch quality work—whether it’s crowns or implants. During the crowning procedure, he personally handled the process and even ensured my brother could observe it. We were able to see the entire process live, which added a whole new level of transparency and trust. The pricing reflects the quality, but it’s fair for the level of care and expertise you receive. I recently underwent a surgery with Dr. Nitin Sharma to extract a broken dental implant and place a new one. Dr. Sharma is very warm and clearly an expert surgeon. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, and he continued to explain each step periodically throughout the procedure, which put me completely at ease. I really appreciated that he takes his time, is never hurried, and offers sound professional advice. Given the nature of the surgery, I was amazed to experience absolutely no pain. Also, the support staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to call me periodically during my recovery to check on my progress. I couldn't have asked for better care!

I had a problem with two old crowns on my teeth (36 and 12) done elsewhere in 2020/2021 which were not fitting properly and had resulted in referred pain for almost 5 years. I got them replaced by Dr. Nitin Sharma, and I am very happy with the result. He used a modern intraoral scanner and made zirconia crowns in his own clinic itself. Because of this, the fitting is perfect, the crowns feel very natural and very comfortable. I will add that Dr. Sharma works with great care and skill and you will clearly see his experience and attention to detail during the treatment. If you are looking for a good dental specialist with high clinical aptitude, skill and backed with state of the art technology, I strongly recommend Dr. Nitin Sharma for excellent results with high confidence. Dr. Nitin Sharma truly understands what a patient wants and what can be done. My front tooth was about 80% broken with less than 2 mm ferrule, and the side teeth required RCT. My RCT had been done 10 years ago, but now there was infection Other dentists suggested removing the broken tooth because the infection was severe and advised either a bridge using the side teeth or an implant. However, I did not want my two side teeth to be involved. In my first visit, Dr. Nitin Sharma explained all 3 possible options clearly: 1. Re-RCT of the broken tooth and RCT of the side teeth, followed by post and core with individual zirconia crowns or a zirconia bridge for two teeth. 2. Remove the infected tooth and make a three-teeth bridge using the side teeth. 3. Remove the tooth and place an implant. I wanted to save my broken tooth. He said we could try to save it first. He performed re-RCT and cleaned the infection multiple times at 7-day intervals (three times). He explained that if the infection healed and bone formation occurred, we could proceed with option 1. If it failed, then option 2 would be done. Now my tooth is saved, the infection is gone, and bone formation has occurred. Option 1 was successfully completed. The entire treatment took about 2.5 months, but it was worth it. CBCT scan was very important because a normal X-ray does not show the full picture. With CBCT, we could see exactly how much infection was present. Many times, X-rays cannot give complete details, so CBCT is a must. I needed a two-teeth bridge instead of separate crowns because one tooth had less than 2 mm ferrule. He is an expert dental surgeon with a friendly and calm nature, and the staff is also very good In the end, Dr. Nitin Sharma is a great dentist. Highly recommended. Thanks Dr. 😊
