Later Dr Prashant went on to do his Neurosurgery at NIMHANS Bangalore. NIMHANS Neurosurgery department is considered to be one of the most well equipped and busy center in the entire country.
Later Dr Prashant Singh, joined SGPGI Lucknow as PDF in Neurocritical care. He worked closely to improve the care of Neurotrauma patients coming to Trauma center. Dr Prashant has worked as Assistant professor of Neurosurgery at Sumandeep Vidhyapeeth in Vadodara were he refined his skills of neurosurgery further.
