We are extremely grateful to Dr. N Premalatha for the care and guidance she provided to my mother throughout the initial stages of her treatment. She patiently examined my mother, arranged the necessary tests and scans, performed the biopsy, and guided us through the entire process. She also performed the hysterectomy with great professionalism and care. The surgery went very well, and my mother had no complications or significant discomfort afterwards. Dr. Premalatha checked on her regularly, and we had consistent follow-up checkups. My mother recovered very well and was back to normal soon. Throughout the process, Dr. Premalatha was compassionate, approachable, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave us confidence during a very stressful time for our family. As a family member, having a doctor who listens, guides you properly, and genuinely cares about the patient makes a huge difference. We had planned an elective C-section at 39 weeks, and Dr. Premalatha agreed after monitoring the baby's growth and examining me. Since I had been consulting her from the beginning of my 8th month, I had already gained confidence in her. The surgery was much smoother and calmer than I ever imagined. Honestly, I enjoyed the whole experience. Dr. Premalatha and her team made the OT feel so comfortable that I never felt like a patient. I had heard recovery would be very painful, with difficulty walking and feeding the baby for weeks, but thankfully my recovery has been much easier. The care and medication made everything smooth. I'm truly thankful and satisfied with the treatment. And we couldn't be happier with Dr. Premalatha and her wonderful team. ❤️
