Mr. Premanand (Thangam Health Care) has provided critical life support for my Son. My Son (14.5 years) has been breathing through Oxygen Cylinders, Oxygen Concentrator, HFNC (for lung expansion) during his last one month. I was introduced to Mr. Premanand, a month back, by Country's best oncologist Doctor. Revathy, Apollo Cancer Centre Teynampet. (My Son has been declared to be on supportive care / palliative care by Doctors since last week of September). Mr. Prem had visited my son in hospital just once, observed his oxygen consumption and the set-ups at hospital for my son. He also educated me how many cylinders would be needed at home, justified why so many cylinders by letting me know how to calculate the oxygen consumption for my son, and how frequently we should replace the empty cylinders, and how to mitigate the risk of transportation. The very next day he has provided those same setups at my home (that too my home location is at outskirt of Chennai) - five function cot, pulse oximeter, oxygen concentrator, oxygen cylinders with new regulators. Not only Mr. Prem, his team also proved their professionalism. Every time I used to call Mr. Suresh (the cylinder team), he ensured he picked up my call and he honoured the replacement cylinders on time irrespective of the 30-40 Kms in between our home and cylinder factory. Once, Mr. Suresh (Cylinder team) came on video call to explain the doubts we had in connecting the HFNC machine to the cylinders, troubleshooting and was available on the call nearly for an hour, that too overnight. Mr. Sudhakar (Device Manager) ensured that all the devices set-up at home were in perfect condition, and his engineer Mr. Jeeva used to attend our calls promptly whenever we used to call them. All the team members were polite to us, during all these one month, in all the conversations we had with them. When the need came during last two weeks of my Son that HFNC machine had to be procured which became the pre-requisite to discharge my son from ICU of KKCTH, Mr. Prem had done his best that he procured the new HFNC machine and had the same set-up at hospital itself for trial and acceptance by Doctors, and made it up that we shifted my son back to home with that newly procured HFNC machine. My son breathed his last, using that new HFNC machine for 13 days of this month, and we were very blessed to have got introduced to Mr. Prem that until his last breath my son could breathe to the maximum comfort possible, only because of the excellent machines provided by Mr. Premanand. I am very grateful to Mr. Prem and his team for all the great critical home care they have given to my son until his last breath, in fact my Son has been blessed to have such comfort till his last breathe. My son departed during sleep on his last day, but the HFNC machine and Oxygen Cylinders provided by Mr. Prem ensured that my Son did not have any breathing distress till the last minute/ last breathe of his life. We thank you Mr. Prem, your team Mr. Suresh, Mr. Sudhakar and Mr. Jeeva and everyone who worked behind the scene to keep my son to the maximum possible comfort till his last breath. We wish the Almighty would give you all the strength and wealth through which Thangam Health Care would be able to provide such excellent critical home care to all those individuals and their families in need. If in future, I get good growth in my profession to the extent that I can contribute to this wonderful noble cause - the home care industry, I will count you Sir, to handshake with you, to do my best for all the needy families along with your assistance. Above all, the billing by Mr. Prem was perfect that even after my Son breathed his last, Mr. Prem was able to ensure his billing was perfect enough that I have been refunded on the deposits towards the cylinders. He has wonderful knowledge on what he's doing. We got the oxygen concentrator portable and suction apparatus. Within two days he got the equipments ready and the price is too less compared to other providers. Deposit amount is also less . He can help you for any medical issues. Thanks a lot Prem.
