I visited Punam ji's clinic with complaint of pain and frozen right shoulder due to partial tear at two locations of the rotator cuff tendon. I underwent physiotherapy sessions for 05 days and was also suggested exercises for strengthening the arm muscles. As of now, there is absolutely no pain in the right arm and I am able to move my hand freely, though I have been suggested not to lift any heavy weights for the time being. Punam ji's clinic is highly recommended for any kind of physiotherapy advice/treatment.
