I had a fantastic experience with Dr Purva who really helped correct my posture. From the first session, she took the time to assess my alignment and identify specific issues. She explained the mechanics of posture and how it affects overall health, which made me more aware of my habits. The treatment plan included targeted exercises and stretches tailored to my needs, along with manual therapy that relieved tension. I appreciated how she emphasized both immediate adjustments and long-term strategies to maintain good posture. After just a few sessions, I noticed a significant improvement in my posture. I had a slouching posture for more than 20 years and tried everything but to no avail. I had even visited a renowned physiotherapist in Bangalore about 15 years ago, but he told me that a good posture was a matter of being aware about it and that he could not directly help me correct my posture. Doctor Purva was able to find the cause and help me correct it. She is the best Physiotherapist I have ever come across !!
