· Headache – Botox injections for Chronic migraine, Occipital nerve block and stimulation, Sphenopalatine ganglion block.
· Trigeminal Neuralgia- Percutaneous Radio frequency ablation (RFA), Percutaneous Balloon Compression.
· Neck pain – Cervical Median branch RFA, Cervical Interlaminar Epidural Steroid Injection.
· Upper limb CRPS- Stellate Ganglion Block, T2-3 Sympathectomy.
· Postherpetic Neuralgia- Pulsed Radiofrequency Ablation (PRF) of Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) of Intercostal Nerve.
· Post thoracotomy or mastectomy syndrome- Intercostal Nerve RFA

· Radicular pain or Sciatica- Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injection (TFESI), PRF of DRG, Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy (PELD).
· Low back pain- Rami communicants block or RFA, Intradiscal Biacuplasty, Lumbar Median Branch cooled RFA, Sacroiliac joint RFA, Cluneal Nerve RFA.
· Myofascial pain- Erector spinae, Iliopsoas, Quadratus Lumborum Trigger point injections.
· Lower limb CRPS or Diabetic foot or Ischemic pain- Lumbar Sympathectomy with RFA.
· Knee, Hip and Shoulder joint pain – Cooled RFA of genicular nerves, Suprascapular nerve PRF.
· Osteoarthritis knee or shoulder- Platelet rich plasma therapy.
· Cancer pain- Splanchnic nerve RFA, Celiac plexus block, Superior Hypogastric plexus block, Ganglion Impar Block.
· Chronic pelvic pain – Superior Hypogastric plexus block, Pudendal nerve RFA, Piriformis block
· Carpal or Tarsal tunnel syndrome- Hydro dissection.
· Frozen shoulder- Hydro dissection.
· Osteoporotic compression fractures- Vertebroplasty / Kyphoplasty.
· Chronic intractable pain – Intrathecal pump placement, Spinal cord stimulation
