I have been visiting this place for my annual eye check up for more than 2 years now and I am very happy with the service of the front desk and the doctors ( Dr Rahul Jain and recently Dr Dhwani ) who are always courteous and warm and pleasant. Multiple check ups happen quickly and smoothly. The waiting lobby is clean and hygienic. I now send my family members also to this place for their eye check up and eye related issues.

Trust me, i have been to enough doctors in Bangalore since I shifted but I couldn’t hold myself to write a review. I am still siting in the clinic and writing this review. The doctor is really kind, polite and very sweet. The way he was greeting made my anxiety go away. Gave proper time and explained my problem in a very detailed manner too. We need doctors like Dr. Rahul.

He took the time to answer all my queries and concerns, and I cannot thank him enough for that. Also, this is one of the best eye clinic at this area with best equipments. We'd been to a few eye docs before, and none of them could really diagnose the issue. But your team, especially you and Dr. Dhwani, did a super thorough check – turns out there were some serious things going on with the retina and cataracts. I really appreciated your call on just doing the cataract surgery on one eye where it was really needed for better vision. It was a breath of fresh air compared to the "let's do both eyes" suggestions we'd gotten before. The whole surgery thing went down without a hitch. Prabha and your staff were total pros, and we didn't have to wait around forever, thanks to the staff at Prabha. No confusion with the insurance pre-scans either – smooth sailing. My mother has mentioned - her eyes were never checked this thoroughly and every procedure was explained in detail. Post-surgery, my mom's vision is like night and day. Before, she could barely see faces, and now it's a whole new world. Your follow-ups and personal check-ins meant a lot to us, and it's clear you guys care about your patients more than just medical cases.
