visited Vayu pain relief center for cervical (neck) pain/stiffness. The therapist explained my condition clearly, assessed my posture and movement, and designed a plan that included [exercises/manual therapy/dry needling/etc.]. Over 10 days, my pain reduced and my neck movement improved noticeably. The sessions were professional, empathetic, and practical, with clear home exercises. I would recommend them for cervical/spondylosis/neck-related issues.

I came to Vayu Pain Relief Centre due to a pain in neck and shoulder. Dr. Roopa and her team treated it with lots of care and patience over 10 days. They not only told me the root cause but gave me exercises to strentghen my back and ensure it doesn't happen again. Had a great experience at the clinic, everyone was very professional and caring, very grateful to them.

I came here with cervical disc mild bulge issue with muscle stiffness..after completing 10 days session my muscle stiffness reduced and I feel more more better...Roopa madam and padmini madam are too good..they are friendly and treatment was excellent...I recommend this physiotherapy center very much....very friendly,good treatment..please if anyone working in software and having cervical issue please visit this clinic..

I had severe neck and back pain due to system work. Treatment was good . ROOPA Madam explained the issues and treated friendly . My neck pain got reduced to 70% after treatment. She teach stretching and strengthening exercises for neck.
