I had been suffering from depression, anxiety, every time automatically unwanted overthinking, negative thoughts and fear of heart attack and death for 12 years. I visited many doctors but I was not feeling well. Before 40 days I have visited Dr saurabh shekhar sir and he suggested me few medicines first of all 10 days I felt better after that he advised me to take it continue to 30 days.
