She has received certification in infertility, high-risk pregnancy, laparoscopy, PCOS, and thyroid disorder treatments. She completed her MBBS from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli (KIMS) in 1993, her DGO from JJM Medical College, Davangere, in 1998, and her DNB from HAL Hospital in 2002. Dr Sandhya currently practices at Ovum Woman & Child Speciality Hospital in Kalyan Nagar (Bangalore). She has also served as a lecturer at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and as a consultant at Koshys Hospital for 8 years.
