The dentist was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to listen to my concerns instead of rushing through things. I had some pain in my molars and wanted to know if it was something urgent or if I could wait a bit. She asked detailed questions, looked at the photos I sent, and even walked me through what might be going on. What I appreciated most was that she explained things in a way that made sense—not all that technical jargon. I got clear advice, a temporary solution to help with the discomfort, and a follow-up plan for in-person care. Of course, it’s not the same as being in the chair, but for a quick consult or second opinion, this was honestly super convenient. I’d definitely use it again if something comes up Highly recommended!!!!

So 3 days back I had a video consultation with Dr. Seher . She was attentive & explained things in a very calm, easy-to-understand way, which made me feel genuinely heard & cared for (definitely a big plus!). 👍👍 The only downside was a bit of a wait before the call started, but once it did the experience was great. I’d happily consult with her again.😊 Highly Recommended!!

Dr. Seher was very kind & helpful during my recent gum infection and it was my first video consultation & due to network issues, I had to reconnect a few times, but she remained patient & explained everything clearly. 🙂 I’ve known her since my college days in Aligarh.
