We got the information about what kind of purification should be done before pranayama so that pranayama can be done properly. Individual attention was given to all seekers in the camp. Each seeker was given individual details about the improvement after Pranayam after taking some necessary details before practice. So the seekers got good information about how good health can be achieved through proper pranayama. Specially, Mrs.Pranita Kuvlekar (Director) directly explained how to 'breathe' through some asanas through "Medical Yoga", which asanas should be done to breathe properly, how exactly these asanas work. The camp was concluded with Agnihotra, Mass Shanti Mantra, Prayers. It was also a beautiful experience. Thank you very much Mr. and Mrs. Kuvlekar (Original) 🙏 स्वास्थ्य संगोपन योग चिकित्सा केंद्र (डोंबिवली) येथे श्री. शैलेश कुवळेकर यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली दोन दिवस २२/२३/ जून २०२४ प्राणायाम शिबीर संपन्न झाले. मी, नवीन काही शिकायला मिळेल म्हणून या शिबिरात सहभागी झाले आणि खरेच ' प्राणायाम ' बद्दल वेगळ्या अभ्यासपूर्ण दृष्टिकोनातून मार्गदर्शन लाभले. सदर शिबिरात प्रथमतः श्वास किती महत्त्वाचा आणि प्राणायाम योग्य पद्धतीत कसा करावा हे शिकवले गेले. प्राणायाम करण्यापूर्वी कोणती शुध्दी क्रिया करावी म्हणजे प्राणायाम योग्य पद्धतीत करता येतो ही माहिती मिळाली. शिबिरात सर्व साधकांवर व्यक्तिगत लक्ष दिले गेले. सराव करण्यापूर्वी काही आवश्यक तपशील घेवून प्राणायाम केल्यावर त्यांत झालेली सुधारणा याचाव्यक्तिगत तपशील प्रत्येक साधकाला दिला गेला. त्यामुळे साधकांना योग्य पद्धतीत केलेल्या प्राणायामाने उत्तम आरोग्य कसे साधता येते याबद्दल छान माहिती मिळाली. विशेष म्हणजे सौ.प्रणिता कुवळेकर (संचालिका) यांनी "मेडिकल योग" या माध्यमातून काही आसनाद्वारे 'श्वास ' कसा घ्यावा,योग्य पद्धतीत श्वास घेण्याकरता कोणती आसने करावीत, ही आसने नेमकी कशी काम करतात हे प्रत्यक्ष समजावून सांगितले. अग्निहोत्र, सामूहिक शांती मंत्र, प्रार्थना यांद्वारे शिबिराचा समारोप केला गेला. तो देखील सुंदर अनुभव राहिला. श्री व सौ कुवळेकर उभयतांचे खूप खुप आभार
