I had been dealing one of my forearm and elbow pain which I didn't know the reason for my first visit. Dr.Shruthi is highly professional and genuinely caring. They took time to listen and understand my condition and treated me accordingly. I was completely alright within 3 sessions. And recently for the 2nd visit, I was suffering from one side Neck pain. They helped and gave solutions to resolve root cause. Very happy and surely recommend.

Visited for Neck pain and back stiffness. Dr Shruti explained the problem elaborately and suggested the required physio sessions. It was a total of 15 sessions consisting of IFT, ultrasound and various stretching+stretching exercises. Dr Kirthi and Alia were very professional, helpful and attentive during the sessions. Sessions helped to quickly reduce my neck pain/stiffness and further exercises were quite helpful for strengthing. **The best physiotherapist I’ve met so far.** When I first came in, I was unable to walk, unable to move properly, and couldn’t sit for long periods. I had seen 4–5 doctors before, but none of them could correctly diagnose or treat my issue. I got Dr. Shruti’s reference from two of my cousins who had similar problems—and both are now doing perfectly fine. I travelled to Bangalore specifically to consult her, and she was able to identify my issue in the very first visit. What truly sets her apart is her dedication. She treats every patient with the mindset that not only will she relieve their pain, but she’ll also ensure the problem doesn’t return. When I first visited her, my pain level was 15/10. I was very fortunate by the grace of God to have met Dr.Shruti Ghanatra, the Head of physiotherapy at Rejoice Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation centre (Kasthuri Nagar and at GM Palya), when I was suffering from frozen shoulder on my left hand. By the time I met her in April 2024, I had visited couple of Physio therapy centers in Bengaluru but no improvement could be seen. When I first met Dr.Shruti, she explained me the issue and the recovery process in a detailed and easy to understand manner. Right from day one, basis her treatment I was experiencing improvement and the recovery was fast enough that within a period of 6 weeks’ time, I almost got my range back in June 2024. Unfortunately, in July, I met with an accident and underwent radial distus fracture on my right wrist. In the recovery process, due to the immobility of the right hand coupled with the tendency for frozen shoulder, my right shoulder got frozen. I was visiting the physiotherapy centre at the hospital where I underwent surgery, for the wrist as advised by the surgeon. For the frozen shoulder of my right hand, I choose to go to Dr.Shruti. Thanks to her persistent and hard efforts, now I have almost got back my range in my right shoulder without going in for surgery or steroids. In fact the Consulting Ortho was for injecting steroids. But she was confident enough to work without the support of drugs and today I see the results of her perseverance and competency. Apart from resolving the issues I had, she had also helped my wife and daughter recover from the issues they had. From my own personal experience and on the basis of what I have observed, I find Dr.Shruti to be a true professional, highly competent and takes accountability in helping the patients to get back their normalcy. She is very hard working, thorough in her area of operations and has the requisite skills and infra to ensure complete recovery of the patients irrespective of their condition. The confidence she has and that she infuses to the patients is truly amazing. She is ably supported by a wonderful and competent caring team of three Physiotherapists. It will not be sheer exaggeration if I say that Dr.Shruti is a gift of god to all those people like us who require medical help to get back our normalcy and to lead a normal life.
