Dr Shruti is the best thing that's happened with respect to treating my long standing back pain. I went to Her when I was in extreme pain where my L4/L5 was very weak due to past disc bulges and not much care taken over 6 years. This had led to severe and chronic type pain, fatigue, and lack of productivity. Dr Shruti assessed my level of pain, we focused on pain reduction initially and gradually started basic exercises for over a month or two and proceeded with building strength. After 6 months of weekly sessions, my pain is reduced, there is strength in my back and I've gotten into the habit of core strengthening exercises. I am having ankylosing spondylitis and was experiencing heavy pain in spinal cord (all the 3 areas - upper, lower and middle). Best and most affordable physiotherapy center in Bangalore. I visited for my lower back pain. Dr Shruti assessed my problem and told me about the probable cause of it. I started the therapy, and I could see the change in 3-4 sessions.

Even though I had to travel 1 hour one way every morning to visit Dr Shruti, it was totally worth it. I was much pain due to stiff neck and shoulders for many years. I went in with a sever lower back pain, it was so intense that I was barely able to walk. Dr Shruti and Dr Pornima really helped me with proper guidance and lot of flexibility and strengthening exercises.
