Dr Dagli is a very helpful doctor who you can completely rely on for getting an honest opinion. He helped me accurately diagnose my issue and helped me understand how to manage it too. You can trust on him to not make a mountain out of a molehill.

Doctor Dagli is a man of his words and it was completely proven when he did what he said by saving my mother's life when she was "sitting duck" with multiple blockages in the vessels viz. 99% blockage at the origin of LAD, 80% in mid LAD, RCA-70% stenosis at origin and 90% in mid RCA. It all began in 2022 when my mother started experiencing heart pain vibrating to her left hand. One of the doctor treating her at that time changed her BP medications which she has been consuming since 18 years. Many tests were also prescribed and it looked like medicines were being effective as she did not complain of pain in heart for initial 2 months after change in medicines. Everything looked fine when suddenly, one day she fainted after 2 months and then complained of having severe headaches. So I started checking her BP at home and it was shooting to 222/116. I immediately called the then doctor and he asked me to give her another drug and she came back to normal again. Meanwhile when this was happening continuously in a frequency of 2 to 3 weeks I along with my siblings kept searching for another doctor by reading reviews of the cases handled by them. Finally I landed at the clinic of Dr. Dagli in Dec 2023. He listened and explained all the possibilities that might occur. He began with ECG reports and replaced all her BP medicines with just one medicine. He started monitoring her closely by following up with us on calls and texts (extremely concerned towards his patient) and again it seemed that medicines are working when on 25th Jan, 2024 doctor asked to have her Angiography done by 27th Jan since her ECG reports were still not stable, even though she was not complaining of any pain. Suddenly, the same day(25th Jan) at around 10 pm she got severe pain in her heart and left hand, reaching upto her fingers. We called Dr. Dagli, accordingly we gave her SOS and as per his instructions, we immediately rushed her to Breach Candy hospital. Since, I and my siblings were not aware of any hospital arrangements, Dr. Dagli did it all by himself and we just kept following his instructions from 25th night onwards. Angiography was done on 26th Jan, 2024. Atheroslerotic CAD was diagnosed. Challenge was to keep her stable for 2 days. Dr. Dagli managed to prepare a team in just a matter of few hours. He discussed the entire situation with us and even arranged for a surgeon, Doctor BipinChandra Bhamre for doing BYPASS surgery on her. My mother being an extremely brave woman agreed for it and after 2 days, the surgery was performed. She was discharged after a week post CABG and endarterectomy of LAD. Its now more than 2 months and she is improving which is seen in her cardiac rehab sessions at home. Hope to see all her reports healthy in coming time. Dr. Dagli keeps abundant knowledge of his subject and deals his patient with patience, dedication of bringing back the person to life and catches the root cause before coming to any conclusion. He is quick in making decisions, team and performing. He led his team till he assured of giving a new life to his patient. I am fortunate enough to have met him for saving my mother's life.
