I suffered a TFCC tear following an accident and was advised to undergo physiotherapy for recovery. Dr. Tanushree took the time to patiently understand my concerns and reviewed my reports before designing a structured treatment plan.
The rehabilitation program was divided into three phases - healing, flexibility, and strength training. Each stage was well-guided and progressively built my confidence, ultimately helping me return to my normal activities within just a month.
She has a calm, soft-spoken nature and her respectful, approachable attitude made the recovery journey much more comfortable.

Vigour Physiotherapy is very good Clinic in Kothrud,it well equipped with instruments and Knowledge as well.l had experience it during knee Pain treatment,I feel Exercise is a Skill you can learn it and it's not hard for Pain Relief.

I went to this clinic to get physiotherapy for my knee. Every step of exercises was explained in detail by the Dr answering all the queries with patience. With the precribed exercises I have got major releif from the pain. I will highly recommend this clinic for physiotherapy.

I had a leg pain nearby knee. Did IFT before also but felt no much difference.
When I showed Dr. Tanushree at Vigour clinic, she gave me confidence that it can be healed. Not only she said it, but she actually gave me right exercise's followed by 5 days IFT which is working like magic for me. I’m feeling much much better.
