Dr. Vishal Shah at Vedang Hospital is an excellent doctor polite, understanding, caring, and professional. The hospital staff is generally good and respectful, and the consultation charges are fair and reasonable. Their in-house medical store also keeps a wide variety of medicines prescribed by the doctor, which is very convenient, and the pricing is fair as well. However, one issue that needs improvement is the behavior of some medical store staff members. On one occasion, I went to buy medicines but had forgotten my file. I clearly remembered the medicine name and requested the staff to check my records in their database since I had previously purchased the same medicines from there. The person at the counter rudely refused to help. By the time I returned with the prescription, the medical store had already closed. This created unnecessary hassle, especially because some medicines prescribed by the doctor are difficult to find elsewhere. I hope the hospital management improves the professionalism and helpfulness of certain pharmacy staff members because the overall experience with the doctor and hospital is otherwise very good.

As per my pov and experience, Dr Vishal Shah is the one the best physician and cardiologist in our city. He always passes the clear message and problems without hesitating.
