His journey has been driven by a passion for nurturing fragile lives, supporting families, and advancing child health, blending expertise from globally recognised centres such as Oxford University, UK, and leading institutions in India. Dr Singh's journey in medicine began with a profound desire to make a difference in the lives of children. After completing his MBBS and MD in paediatrics from renowned government institutes, he pursued further specialization in neonatal and newborn medicine. During his training, he had the opportunity to work with diverse populations across India. This experience laid a solid foundation, allowing Dr Singh to understand the unique healthcare challenges and requirements faced by infants and children in both rural and urban settings. Each case, each child, and each parent he interacted with shaped his understanding of the importance of personalized, empathetic care. A significant part of his early career was dedicated to working in esteemed medical institutions in India, including Sir Ganga Ram Hospital (SGRH), New Delhi, where he had the privilege of honing my skills under the guidance of renowned specialists. At SGRH, Dr Singh was exposed to a wide spectrum of paediatric cases ranging from routine health issues to more complex challenging cases. Working with cutting-edge medical technology and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, he developed a deep understanding of paediatric diseases and care protocols. To further elevate his skills and knowledge, he sought advanced training in neonatology from the University of Oxford in the UK, a global leader in medical research and healthcare innovation. This experience was pivotal in shaping his approach to neonatal care, as he was immersed in a world-class environment where the latest advancements in neonatology were constantly being researched and implemented. At Oxford, Dr Singh worked alongside some of the most distinguished neonatologists and paediatricians, learning about cutting-edge developments in neonatal intensive care and the management of extremely preterm and sick infants.
